Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns for a full refund with no restocking fee within 5 business days from the date you received your package. Please contact us at 1-800-593-1933 before you ship any item back to us so that we can arrange for a complimentary and fully insured shipping label. All items must be packed safely and securely with the original boxes, certifications, and appraisals that it came with. If you are waiting for a special date to propose, let us know! We're happy to let you keep the ring until she sees it and decides that it's the one. If your proposal is planned for 30 days or more after receiving the ring, please note that your purchase will be eligible for store credit only. Please remember that while the jewelry is in your possession, you own it and are fully responsible for it. Once we receive the jewelry, we will check the condition of the item, and if you are returning for a refund, we will issue a credit within 3 days of receipt.
All packages ship for FREE and shipping is fully insured via UPS or FedEx. Please make sure an adult is available to sign for the package when it arrives. Alternatively, you may choose to hold the package for pickup at a UPS location instead. Depending on when your order is placed, we are sometimes able to ship the same day for overnight delivery. If a ring is shipped on a Friday, it will be delivered on Monday. Before being shipped out, all items receive final quality assurance and cleaning. If we are sizing a ring before we send it to you, shipping will be delayed by a day or two. Our concierge will keep you up to date on your order status, and you can always contact us!
Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand but cannot ship to any P.O. box. All purchases placed through our website with a credit card are shipped only to the address registered with the credit card company, but please contact our concierge if you would like your package delivered to a different address and we will discuss your options. If there will not be an adult present at your address to sign for the package, contact us about arranging for pickup at a local UPS Customer Center! All of our international packages ship via FedEx.
Due to a lack of insurance coverage with our shipping company, below is a list of countries and continents that we are NOT able to ship to. We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Each Trumpet & Horn ring is photographed and documented before we ship it to you and is packed with the utmost care to ensure a safe, damage-free delivery. If there is any damage to your ring when you receive it, please contact us within 24 hours.
Returning a package to Trumpet & Horn
If you need to return an item to Trumpet & Horn for a full-refund, website credit, or complimentary ring sizing, there are several steps you should follow to make sure your package is fully insured. To obtain your FREE UPS return label, please email us. Your return label will be e-mailed to you, which you should print out to use on your return shipment. Please make sure to double box your shipment. To do this:
- Place your jewelry inside its original grey Trumpet & Horn packaging.
- Place the ring/jewelry box inside a small or medium UPS box with padding (so it doesn’t move around if shaken). Seal the inner box.
- Place the small UPS box inside a medium or large UPS box and seal it. Affix the prepaid UPS label to the outside of the larger box and drop it off at any UPS location.
- Please obtain a UPS receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped. This receipt will act as your proof of insurance.
