Today we're wishing a gigantic congratulations to the newly married T&H Couple, Melissa & Christophe! This bride and groom are dear friends of the T&H family and we are ecstatic to share a bit of their fantastic wedding story. Melissa & Christophe were friends for 10 years before they realized, or rather, remembered that they "liked" each other. After that, things moved pretty quickly. Melissa says they were sort of like a revised Harry Met Sally: that part in the movie where Harry says, “When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with someone, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible" definitely rang true for them. The happy couple celebrated their love with a two part wedding (a civil ceremony and an intimate party on two separate dates) which allowed them to spend the most quality time with their guests. The party was held in a beautiful 19th century pavilion in the middle of the Parc des Bastions in Geneva, Switzerland full of vintage treasures and old world charm. Being a true vintage lover, Melissa's stunning Jenny Packham dress added a wonderful touch of Art Deco style to the wedding as well. According to the bride and groom, the best moments of the wedding were watching the slideshows made by the "best ladies and gentlemen", a heart-warming speech from one of Melissa's best ladies, and the speech of all speeches delivered by the groom himself. At the end of the night, there wasn't a dry eye in the house and the party got so unbelievably fun that the police tried to break it up a few times. Sounds like the most amazing wedding possible; congratulations again to this wonderful couple and dear friends of the T&H family!
