Returns & Exchanges
ENGAGEMENT RINGS & FINE JEWELRY
We will gladly accept returns within 5 business days and exchanges for store credit within 15 business days from the date you received your package. Please contact us at 1-800-593-1933 before you ship any item back to us so that we can arrange for a shipping label. All items must be packed safely and securely with the original boxes, certifications, and appraisals that it came with.
If you are waiting for a special date to propose, let us know! We're happy to let you keep the ring until she sees it and decides that it's the one. If the ring you chose isn't perfect for her, we'll either return it for a full refund, or help you find another ring to replace it!
Please remember that while the jewelry is in your possession, you own it and are fully responsible for it. Once we receive the jewelry, we will check the condition of the item, and if you are returning for a refund, we will issue a credit within 3 days of receipt.
RETURNING A PACKAGE TO TRUMPET & HORN
If you need to return an item to Trumpet & Horn for a full-refund, website credit, or complimentary ring sizing, there are several steps you should follow to make sure your package is fully insured.
To obtain your FREE UPS Overnight return label, please e-mail email@example.com. Your return label will be e-mailed to you, which you should print out to use on your return shipment.
Please make sure to double box your shipment. To do this:
1. Place your jewelry inside its original ring/jewelry box.
2. Place the ring/jewelry box inside a small UPS Overnight box with padding (so it doesn’t move around if shaken). Seal the small box.
3. Place the small UPS box inside a medium UPS Overnight box and seal it. Affix the prepaid UPS label to the outside of the medium box and drop it off at any UPS location.
4. Please obtain a UPS receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped. This receipt will act as your proof of insurance.
If you are returning your ring to us for sizing, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to provide us with the address and phone number that you would like your ring shipped back to.
