Since we are fully committed to the utmost satisfaction of our customers, each Trumpet & Horn ring includes one sizing completely free of charge.

Once you decide the ring you’ve received is the one, simply call our concierge, Jen, at 1-800-593-1933 and we will arrange for your ring to be shipped back to us free of charge. We will size your ring and ship it back as soon as we possibly can.

*Included with your ring when you receive it will be a ring-sizer so you can determine your exact ring size before sending it back to us. We try to do everything we can to insure you have the correct ring size when you ship it back to us so we can size your ring correctly the first time. Any additional sizings will be charged accordingly.

IMPORTANT: Once a ring is sized, it will not be returnable for refund or exchange. Because of this, we will not be able to size any rings before we ship them, just in case you decide that the ring you select isn’t the one for you.

In addition, any item that is re-sized or altered in any way by another jeweler is not eligible for return or exchange.
