Our Checkout Process
To ensure the safety of our customers and their information, our checkout process has several steps and restrictions to reduce the risk of fraudulent charges. Please review the information below before making a purchase and contact our concierge department with any questions.
Your Shipping and Billing Address
To prevent the risk of fraudulent activity, your shipping and billing address must match. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
There are a few options to explore if you need to ship your order to a different address:
- 1. You can call your credit card company and have them add the desired shipping address (like your office) as an authorized billing address on your credit card.
- 2. You may choose to have your order shipped to a UPS center and held there for pickup. We will contact UPS for you and choose a UPS center close to you based on your billing address. UPS will call you when it receives your package, and you may pick it up at your convenience within 5 days of its arrival at the UPS center. This option is especially convenient to help maintain the element of surprise if someone other than you would be present to sign for the delivery!
All purchases ship for FREE, all day, every day. We ship all Trumpet & Horn jewelry UPS or FedEx Overnight Shipping fully insured, signature required. Please make sure an adult is available to sign for the package when it arrives. Alternatively, you may choose to hold the package for pickup at a UPS location instead.
Depending on when your order is placed, we are sometimes able to ship the same day. Before shipped out, all items receive final quality assurance and cleaning. If we are sizing a ring before we send it to you, shipping will be delayed by a day or two. Quality assurance for watches takes longer than jewelry because we need to time the watch for a full 24 hours. Our concierge will keep you up to date on your order status, and you can always contact us!
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand but cannot ship to any P.O. box. All purchases placed through our website with a credit card are shipped only to the address registered with the credit card company, but please contact our concierge if you would like your package delivered to a different address and we will discuss your options.
Due to a lack of insurance coverage with our shipping company, below is a list of countries and continents that we are NOT able to ship to. We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Each Trumpet & Horn ring is photographed and documented before we ship it to you and is packed with the utmost care to ensure a safe, damage-free delivery. If there is any damage to your ring when you receive it, please contact us within 24 hours.
