We ship with Fedex Overnight delivery. Our packages are 100% insured. After you place the order, someone from our team will get in touch with you to arrange the delivery.
INTERNATIONAL
Free worldwide shipping is guaranteed. Once the payment is processed your piece is shipped within 2 business days (if it doesn't need to be sized). Our packages are 100% insured for loss, damage, or theft and are shipped via FedEx.
The typical delivery time is 3-5 days. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes. Once your jewel arrives in the destination country, the local FedEx facility will notify you of import fees due.
RESIZED RING DELIVERY
If we are sizing a ring before we send it to you, shipping will take an additional two to three days. Our concierge will keep you up to date on your order status, and you can always contact us at 1-213-612-4333 or concierge@trumpetandhorn.com.
Returns policy
VINTAGE PIECES: RETURN WITHIN 7 DAYS FOR A FULL REFUND, OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 30 DAYS
From delivery or collection, we're happy to give you 7 calendar days to try the jewelry in the comfort of your own home. If you decide to return the jewelry, please let us know and we will provide the return shipping label & instructions. The jewel must be shipped out/dropped off within the 7-day window. Having your ring resized doesn’t affect return policy.We're happy to offer 30 calendar days to exchange your jewelry for different piece/s of the same or higher value. We don't offer refunds after the 7 day period. Once you have exchanged your piece, we don't offer further exchanges, extensions or returns. We don't buy back jewelry purchased from us.
T&H EXCLUSIVE, CUSTOM ORDERS AND MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES
Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-order pieces, including all those in the T&H Exclusive Collection, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
