Shipping charges are free for all purchases. We ship all Trumpet & Horn jewelry FedEx Next Day Shipping fully insured, signature required. Orders must be placed by 3:00PM PST to ensure overnight delivery. Any order placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (for delivery on Tuesday) to insure that the ring is properly insured.

We ship only to U.S. addresses and cannot ship to any PO box. All purchases made by credit card are shipped only to the address registered with the credit card company - we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If paying by wire transfer or personal check, we can ship to any US address (excluding PO boxes) once funds are received. 

DAMAGE

Each Trumpet & Horn ring is photographed and documented before we ship it to you and is packed with the utmost care to ensure a safe, damage-free delivery. If there is any damage to your ring when you receive it, call us right away. If we don’t hear about about damage within 24 hours of delivery, we assume the item arrived to you in the same condition that it left us in, and any damage to the ring was incurred after the item arrived.
